Oversized Shipment Unloading Fee

For oversized shipments with a total package length exceeding 80 inches, an unloading service fee of $200–$300 will apply.

This fee covers unloading from the delivery truck only.
It does not include white glove services, such as carrying items into your residence, placing them in a room, or unpacking.
If you prefer, you may arrange your own unloading equipment (e.g., forklift) to avoid this charge.

We appreciate your understanding, as this fee is required by our logistics partners for oversized deliveries and is not included in our standard free shipping.

If you have any questions or need assistance arranging unloading, feel free to contact our support team at support@casivra.com.

The finishing touch our kitchen renovation needed

We installed this above our kitchen island as part of a full renovation, and it became one of our favorite details in the house. The linear shape works beautifully with the length of the island, and the overall design feels modern but still warm. It looks like a custom lighting piece you would find in a designer home.

Finally found the right chandelier for our long dining table

We spent months looking for a chandelier that would complement our oversized dining table without making the room feel too formal. The Thader Linear Chandelier was exactly what we needed. The proportions are beautiful, and the clean design gives our dining area a sophisticated architectural feel. It has completely changed the atmosphere of the room during evening dinners.
